Maldovan is the Digital Delivery Director for Jacobs. He is instrumental in the adoption of collaborative workflows including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and lean. Kurt looks to develop workflows aligned with the workforce of the future and using innovation to transform complexity into opportunity. The next wave of digital transformation and innovation focuses is on additive manufacturing and robotics. While at Jacobs, and beyond Maldovan has been actively engaged with academic outreach, research, groundbreaking industry guides, workforce training, and been a featured presenter, panelist, or moderator at over 50 national and international conferences.
