A Fellow of the American Institute of Architecture and a licensed engineer, Calvin Kam is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Building Innovation-bimSCORE, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering, which is a leader of strategic innovation in the fields of Management Metrics and Scorecards, BIM, and Sustainable Design and Construction. Calvin is the Director of the buildingSMART USA Chapter, a former chair of AIA’s Technology in Architectural Practice and Center for Integrated Practice, and an elected member on on the Board Knowledge Committee. He is a Co-Founder and Senior Program Expert of General Services Administration’s National 3D-4D-BIM Program, and an expert advisor for construction innovation to The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation regional economic forum, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
