As Director of Data and Analytics for Skanska USA Building, Amy Jones Snider is responsible for the Data Solutions Team, which focuses on ensuring the quality, accessibility and connectivity of data to improve overall operational efficiency and drive performance certainty for partners and clients. She also chairs Skanska’s Analytics Community, a national network of like-minded data enthusiasts who explore the best ways to leverage data insights in their everyday work. She has extensive experience building and implementing Business Intelligence tools, including Skanska Metriks®, a proprietary benchmarking tool. She collaborates with stakeholders to discover and apply data-driven technology and insights to the company's work, enhancing efficiency, ensuring project certainty, and creating value for clients and communities. From project estimates to RFIs to financial forecasts, she helps the teams draw actionable insights and drive better business outcomes. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and extensive experience planning, optimizing, and executing data-driven strategies for Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Construction firms.
