The basic framework and requirements of each states environmental regulations follow the federal programs set forth by the US EPA. And with many of these programs, the US EPA authorizes and delegates the program(s) to the state regulatory agency to administer the program(s). At the state level, the requirements are to be at least as stringent as the federal requirements but the state can choose to implement programs that are more stringent. Subsequently, most states have very similar programs but there can be differences between the various states. In this webinar we will point out some of the uniquenesses of the Pennsylvania environmental regulations.
