Lisa Kelly recently completed 12 years at EarthCam, where she was the Vice President of New Business. Under her leadership, the company grew threefold in revenue and headcount. A hands-on executive, Lisa managed teams in sales, marketing and business development, was an individual sales contributor of millions of dollars in revenue and directly involved in EarthCam’s global media presence.

Her passion is supporting youth trying to get into the A/E/C industry and MWBE firms who are great at a trade but need assistance scaling their business. Lisa has served on the Technology Board of CMAA, Membership Board of NY Professional Women in Construction and is currently on the Diversity Board of the NY School Construction Authority as well as the Board of Governors for the Empire Ball, raising millions for diabetes research. She was recently recognized as a Notable LGBTQ Leader by Crain’s New York and a Women’s Ambassador at NY Build.

Lisa has a Master’s in International Business Management from Harvard University and a pet turtle named Theo.
