Weller graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Construction Engineering in 2008. Fifteen years later his accomplishments are numerous. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing Turner's presence in various cities, with a particular focus on San Antonio for nearly a decade.

In 2015, Kyle's commitment to steering the growth of Turner's San Antonio business unit led him to transfer to the city and assume the role of Special Projects Division Manager. In that role, he worked on developing staff and expanding the business, overseeing diverse projects ranging from $250,000 to $40 million. Over four years, Weller helped the division grow from a $10 million department to a $60 million department.

In 2020, Kyle was promoted to business manager for San Antonio, and in 2021, he was elevated to general manager, making him Turner’s youngest GM in Texas. Weller manages a team of 200-plus management and trade professionals and oversees annual revenue of more than $300 million. Last year, he was appointed as vice president in addition to his role as GM.

Weller's commitment to making a positive community impact is evident. He volunteers with numerous programs across Austin including ACE Mentoring, San Antonio Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and Haven for Hope.
