For the 18th time, ENR Southeast is proud to announce the latest winners of its annual Best Projects awards competition. This year’s winners—listed below—include impressive projects from across the Southeast, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennesse. All 40 winning projects will be profiled in the Oct. 29 print edition of ENR Southeast. Additionally, ENR Southeast will honor each winning project at our Nov. 1 awards luncheon, to be held this year at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. For more information on the event, or to register, click here.

As we do every year, ENR Southeast assembled an independent group of judges to review, score and determine final winners. After an initial scoring of projects, the judges—via two separate panels—met to discuss the projects and come to a consensus on awards. Judges could select any combination of Best Project-level category winners and Award of Merit honorees. This year, our judges collectively reviewed roughly 90 entries before honoring the 40 projects listed here.

ENR Southeast extends a huge “thanks” to this year’s judges, who included: Jamie Breme, Fluor Corp.; Keith Douglas, Whiting-Turner; Baker Glasgow, Clancy Theys Construction; Pam Little, Pond & Co.; Ray Riddle, Holder Construction; and Daniel Whiteman, Coastal Construction.
