ENR Southwest is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 Best Projects competition, which was open to projects completed in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico from mid-2018 to mid-2019.
 
A panel of seven judges adjudicated the competition and served on two separate panels; those judges who had ties to projects being considered were assigned to a panel that would not be considering those projects in order to avoid a conflict. The judges represented varied demographic and job-related imprints in the industry. The judges also selected a number of merit winners.
