ENR Texas & Louisiana is hard at work reviewing results of our latest Top Contractors survey, which will publish in our August 13 issue. Overall, 2011 looked like a relatively flat year for firms in the region, but individual sectors saw marked changes. The booming oil and gas market is clearly generating big revenues for firms in that sector, while general building contractors continue to struggle in a soft market.
