Brandt has steadily moved up our annual rankings over the years and is positioned to post revenues in 2011 as well.Last year, it began $151 million in work at the $1.2-billion Parkland Hospital replacement project in Dallas as part of a joint venture with Dynamic Systems Inc. It was also awarded a $23-million contract on the $529-million Love Field modernization project. Among its strengths, the firm was an early adopter of building information technology in the region and had established itself as a leader in the field. Contractor association TEXO named Brandt its “Specialty Contractor of the Year” in 2010 and this year the firm was chosen as a “Top 100 Place to Work” by the Dallas Morning News.
