The June 6 issue of ENR California will feature the annual ranking of Top Design Firms. Preliminary analysis shows continued revenue strength among architects and engineers in California. The 94 participating firms reported a total of $4.27 billion of work performed in California and billed during 2015. That’s nearly 6% above last year’s total of $4.04 billion (which, in turn, was 10% higher than the $3.65 billion our top firms billed in 2013).

Some individual firms saw even more dramatic increases in revenue, which we will delve into more in the June issue.

In the June edition, you will find breakout charts which will rank each firm based on specialty—such as civil engineer or architect—as well as market sectors, including health care, commercial, power and transportation.

Also, one firm will be selected as ENR California's Design Firm of the Year, based on revenue, innovation, sustainability, community service and other factors.
