ENR Midwest is proud to announce that engineering/architecture firm American Structurepoint of Indianapolis, Ind., has been named Design Firm of the Year.

American Structurepoint designed section six of the $1.3 billion East End Crossing, the ENR Midwest Best Project for the highways and bridges category last year. The multi-bridge project connect Louisville, Ky. and Jeffersonville, Ind. For the $13.7 Million CEDIA Headquarters in Fishers, Ind., American Structurepoint served as the architect, structural engineer, civil engineer, interior designer and landscape architect on the 40,880-sq-ft tech headquarters building and campus.

Other major projects completed last year include the Rolls Royce Aerospace Research Center at Purdue University, a 55,000-sq-ft aerospace research building in the $1 billion Rolls Royce research park at Purdue’s West LaFayette campus and the $8.8-million Margaret Ave. Phase III road and railroad overpass project in Terre Haute, Ind. The firm has consistently climbed our Top Design Firms rankings as well, this year reporting $82.26 million in regional revenue vs. $74.36 million in 2017.

"We have achieved steady growth by expanding our capabilities, investing in our people and focusing on delivering excellence to our clients,” said President and COO Rick Conner.

The depth and breadth of American Structurepoint's work really set the 52-year-old firm apart from other entrants in this year's Top Design Firms and won over a majority of the voting editors of ENR. It's still not too late to get your firm's survey in for our Top Design Firms listing. The Midwest survey closes April 19th, so get your survey in today if you haven't already!
