In addition to Tax Day, April 15 is the deadline for completing ENR Midwest's Top Contractors Survey, the basis for its annual ranking of the largest construction firms in the region, including those located in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin. Firms are ranked in accordance with their revenues for 2012.

The list of the region's Top Contractors will be published in the July 29 edition of ENR Midwest.

In addition to highlighting the performance of individual firms, the listing provides a collective snapshot of construction activity in the Midwest. It also provides a short list for selecting ENR Midwest's Contractor of the Year.

Firms are selected on the basis of their financial performance, as well as their execution of key projects in the region, with previous honorees including Miron Construction Co. and Clayco Corp.
