ENR Midwest has extended its Top Contractors Survey deadline to May 1, providing firms in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Missouri additional time to submit forms for the annual listing, which ranks the region's largest contractors in accordance with their revenues for 2011.
