The International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers has elevated Kevin Hilton to be CEO of the union's Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT), its labor-management employment partnership. He succeeds Eric Waterman, IMPACT's founding CEO, who will retire on April 27. Hilton, who had been executive assistant to Waterman, also served as a senior vice president at the Association of Union Constructors, which had been known as the National Erectors Association. Waterman, formerly a vice president at that association, was named an ENR Newsmaker in 2003 for his work at IMPACT.
