This $18-million multifamily boutique project, completed at budget and on schedule, was named after the Inuit goddess of the sea. Situated where the Danvers River meets the Atlantic Ocean, the property combines the convenience of city dwelling with the added benefit of living on the water. The 62 apartments include one- and two-bedroom units situated so that every unit has a view of the ocean.
The team overcame multiple challenges developing the site, originally part of the Manhattan Project to produce the first atomic weapon.
