GEORGIA Tribridge Residential is planning to redevelop a 4.4-acre portion of the Goat Farms Art Center in Atlanta. The first phase will include a mixed-use building containing 210 apartments, totaling 212,000 sq ft, and 25,000 sq ft of space for the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia. There will also be a 125-room hotel and 80,000 sq ft of artist workspaces, entrepreneurial studios and fabrication spaces, an 8,000-sq-ft pool deck and 322 parking spaces. NEW MEXICO Bright Green Corp. is planning to build a cannabis manufacturing and research facility in Grants. The facility will include three buildings serving as agricultural ecosystems with concrete floors and complete environment controls, to produce cannabis and other herbs, along with storage, packaging and medical research space. The first structure will be 600,000 sq ft on a 20-acre plot, to be completed in nine months. The second and third buildings will be erected on separate 50-acre plots and take 18 months to build.
