John Cherington has joined the Raleigh office of JE Dunn Construction as life science superintendent, where his responsibilities will range from construction planning and sequencing during preconstruction through start-up and commissioning. A 30-year industry veteran, his experience includes MEP, instrumentation and controls, and process controls.
Additionally, Christopher LaBonte joined JE Dunn in Raleigh as a project director. In this position, Labonte will manage the design and construction of gene therapy and pharmaceutical laboratories and production facility projects of varying sizes from design through construction turnover. He has more than 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years in pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing and 15 years in industrial and energy sectors.
