The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority has awarded a $176-million design-bid-build contract to extend the 183A Toll Road in Williamson County, Texas, to Lane Construction, the U.S. subsidiary of Webuild Group (formerly Salini Impregilo).
Scope of work on the 183A Phase III Project includes the addition of two tolled lanes for 6.6 miles in either direction from Hero Way to north of State Highway 29. Lane’s team will also construct a shared use path from Hero Way to the proposed Seward Junction.
