Nevada The Clark County Water Reclamation District is planning to upgrade the Flamingo Water Resource Center. The project entails constructing three aeration basins, three 140-ft-dia clarifiers with 16-ft side water depth, a blower/electrical building with electrical feed and four blowers and a return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pump station with five RAS pumps, five WAS pumps and four scum pumps. At the outlet, a 96-in.-dia pipe approximately 3,000 ft long will connect to the existing secondary effluent structure. Sletten Construction Co. is the construction manager at-risk.
