The Rubell Family Collection is preparing to build the Randall School Mixed-Use Redevelopment at 65 I St. SW. The $100-million project includes 489 units in two 12-story residential buildings, one of which is to be constructed behind the historic Randall School. Renovation will be in the older buildings and consist of a nearly 32,000-sq-ft art museum, educational space and nearly 19,000 sq ft of commercial space.
