Eric Hartmann will replace VHB’s long-term chief financial officer John Jackson, who retires this month, at the Watertown, Mass.-based design firm. Most recently, Hartmann was senior vice president and chief planning and reporting officer at CDM Smith and also served as its chief financial officer.
