Arizona OpWest Development LLC is planning to build the Curio Hotel in Scottsdale. The six-story, 97,058-sq-ft building will contain 169 rooms, a 4,000-sq-ft restaurant, an 8,000-sq-ft amenity deck with a pool and lounge areas, and an underground parking garage. Colorado Tallgrass Energy is planning to construct the Cheyenne Connector, a 70-mile, large-diameter interstate natural gas pipeline, to move natural gas from processing facilities in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Weld County to the Rockies Express Pipeline Cheyenne Hub, just south of the Colorado-Wyoming border.
