Alabama The Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Authority is planning to renovate and expand Legacy Arena in Birmingham. The project involves a south side expansion, including a new lobby, ticketing, and entry points from the renovated plaza, including a grand stair and escalators to the main concourse. There also will be an extensive renovation to the arena seating bowl, including replacement of all existing seats, the addition of new premium suites, club seating and a new upper concourse on the south end of the building. Arizona The City of Phoenix is planning to carry out a wastewater interceptor capacity improvement program. The program will entail construction of approximately 2.3 miles of pipelines paralleling the existing interceptor. The consulting engineer is Black & Veatch.
