Florida Heritage Development Group and MasterCraft Builder Group LLC are planning to construct the Parrish Farms mixed-use development in St. Johns County. The 2,782-acre project will include up to 1,700 single-family homes and up to 2,000 multifamily units. It will also feature 4 million sq ft of nonresidential uses: 3 million sq ft of commercial retail, 500,000 sq ft of office space, 500,000 sq ft of light industrial use and 650 hotel rooms. Idaho Clif Bar & Co. is planning to construct a 300,000-sq-ft bakery production plant in the Jayco Industrial Park in Twin Falls. Construction will be phased. Phase 1 will include two baking lines.
