The project entails creating middle lanes for buses on K Street NW, between Mount Vernon Square and Washington Circle. The project is valued at $75 million. D.C. Minnesota Sherman Associates is planning to develop The West Broadway Curve Apartments in Minneapolis. The development will include one four-story building containing 69 apartments and 75 parking spaces, and five three-story buildings containing 20 market-rate townhome units and 40 tuck-under parking spaces.
