The commercial real estate market remains strong, says Levine-Archer. “At the same time, local and geopolitical issues have the potential to soften growth,” she says. “As a result, developers are looking for solutions that support their portfolio across economic cycles. This includes low-expense, high-impact renovations to lobbies, amenity spaces and gathering areas—especially in buildings constructed in the 1980s and ’90s.” Meanwhile, clients are seeking greater efficiency during construction, she says.
