Southwest Pulse: Construction Projects for January 2019
Arizona
Mohave County is reviewing bids for a $19-million, 64,000-sq-ft justice center in Kingman. The projected four-story structure will have a first floor dedicated to public business, floors two and three reserved for courtrooms and the top floor will contain judge’s chambers. The facility will be connected to the adjacent historic courthouse by an enclosed corridor. Interior framing is steel for non-load-bearing walls. Elevated floors will have steel bridge-pans with cast-in-place concrete. Rebecca O’Brien, Mohave County Procurement Dept., 700 W. Beale St., Kingman, 86401-5711. DR#14-00541242.
