Alaska The Native Village of Eyak is planning to construct the Cordova Shepard Point Oil-Spill Response Facility. The project includes a 4.5-mile-long access road, a deepwater dock with a 600-ft-long dock face and 32 ft of water depth at mean low water, and a staging and loading area adjacent to the dock. Delaware Capano Management Co. plans to redevelop the former Brandywine Country Club site in Wilmington. The plan for the 120-acre site includes 138 single-family attached and detached homes, 360 apartments and two commercial buildings, one 5,500 sq ft and the other 10,000 sq ft.
