Thor Dyson was promoted to assistant director of operations for the Nevada Dept. of Transportation. He replaces Reid Kaiser, who retired after nearly 30 years at NDOT. Since 2003, Dyson has worked as a district II engineer responsible for the agency’s maintenance and construction activities in northwestern Nevada.
Vincent Tatum was promoted to executive vice president for Las Vegas-based Grand Canyon Development Partners. Tatum will continue to have leadership responsibility for project operations, including the 60-story, 24-acre property known as The Drew. His past project involvement includes The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, W Hotel at SLS, Credit One Bank corporate office complex and Grand Bazaar Shops at Bally’s Las Vegas.
