Maryland The City of Baltimore is planning to construct a new water filtration plant in the Fullerton area of Baltimore County to treat water from the Susquehanna River. It will have an initial capacity of 120 million gallons per day. The project is valued between $300 million and $500 million. Montana Hotel Fox Partners is planning to build the Riverfront Triangle Hotel and Conference Center. The 10-story, 195-room hotel and 60,000-sq-ft conference center will be located on a 1.8-acre plot just west of the Orange Street Bridge.
