The National Academy of Construction elected Darrell E. Waters, senior vice president with Fluor Corp., as a member of its 2016 class. Waters, with more than 40 years of industry experience, is currently leading Fluor’s team building the Plant Vogtle nuclear power expansion project in Georgia.
“The new members of the National Academy of Construction represent the best of the best of those who have distinguished themselves through stellar careers and contributions to the engineering and construction industry,” Wayne Crew, the association’s general secretary, said in a statement.
