The Nevada Dept. of Transportation will shuffle its Las Vegas-area highway construction plan in order to fast-track infrastructure needed to support a proposed new stadium for the NFL’s Oakland Raiders’ potential relocation to Las Vegas. NDOT has identified more than $899 million in freeway improvements that are required to be ready in time for the 65,000-seat stadium’s planned 2019 opening.
