The Wilkins Co. and Quadrangle Development Corp. plan to build Mount Vernon Place, a 14-story mixed-use development. The 365,000-sq-ft structure will include 324 residential units, 13,500 sq ft of retail and a 59,000-sq-ft underground parking garage. Dantes Partners Inc. plans to build a mixed-use development on a 77,531-sq-ft site at Monroe Park. Plans include a 189-unit apartment building, 76-unit senior apartment building and eight three-bedroom townhomes. There will be 99 underground residential parking spaces and a new park south of the project. The design-bid-build project has been filed with the zoning commission.
