Giffels Webster has named a new partner for each of its three Detroit-area offices.
Gene Sieve has been promoted to vice president of the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Burns & McDonnell. He is responsible for business development, operations, project management, public relations, resource management and office financial management. Sieve joined the engineering and design firm in 1991, left in 1998, and returned in 2007 to help establish the Twin Cities office, which has nearly 90 employee-owners.
