Eastern Shore Natural Gas is planning the Eastern Shore Natural Gas System Reliability Project, a series of upgrades in the state to its pipeline system. Engleside at King Farm Retirement Community, Rockville, plans to build three new connected buildings totaling 374,000 sq ft.: a one-story health living center; a seven- story independent-living tower; and a three-story memory- support facility. A 228-space garage would be built under the independent-living building. Pre-application submittals are under review. A construction start date is not set.
