CH2M Hill and the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority say they have settled their differences over costs and completion deadlines on a $137-million toll-lane project in Austin.
The authority and CH2M Hill reached an agreement Feb. 16 that the project will be substantially complete this year and substantial completion of northbound and southbound lanes by summer. CH2M Hill "has committed itself to meeting critical milestones to ensure timely progress," according to a statement released by the authority.
