Jordan Foster Construction
The city “is experiencing an urban renaissance of sorts. With the opening of Southwest University Park, which Jordan Foster built in a JV with Hunt Construction Group, there’s great interest in redeveloping downtown El Paso,” Woody says. “The year ahead looks promising as funding develops through bond measures and private investments.” Design-build is gaining ground locally, especially with larger projects, he adds. But “we have seen an influx of out-of-town contractors who are compressing fees in a relatively small market.”
