MOCA has received a contract award to oversee as project manager the $300-million restoration of the Wyoming Capitol Square. MOCA’s Salt Lake City office is providing project management and assisting in early project definition and alignment services, including design guidelines and imperatives, budget and scheduling oversight.
Located in Cheyenne, the project includes restoration of the Wyoming State Capitol, a National Historic Landmark; expansion of the underground Capitol connector containing committee rooms; rehabilitation of the Herschler Office Building; a new Central Plant and a reorganization of the plaza and site elements around the 127-year-old Capitol.
