Paul Stephens has been named senior principal technical specialist with the Chicago office of engineer Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new role, Stephens is serving as quality task lead for the Illinois Dept. of Transportation's $1.6-billion Chicago-to-St. Louis high-speed rail program, for which PB is serving as program manager. Stevens has more than 20 years of experience in the application of quality standards for the design and construction of large transportation projects.
Jim Mansfield has joined Menasha, Wis.-based electrical engineer Faith Technologies as automation and process controls group manager. Mansfield has nearly 30 years of experience with automated systems. Prior to joining Faith, he was with Barry-Wehmiller International, a St. Louis-based supplier of manufacturing technology and services.
