Danburg Management is planning to build 6700 Congress, a multifamily residential project in Boca Raton. The project consists of five four-story buildings, containing 282 multifamily units, as well as a 5,500-sq-ft clubhouse, a swimming pool, a 2,500-sq-ft bank building, an 8,000-sq-ft retail building and parking for 415 vehicles. Cedar Valley TechWorks is planning to build the Green TechWorks campus in Waterloo. The project entails redeveloping an existing six-story, 180,000-sq-ft building into a John Deere Regional Training Center, a 100-room hotel with a restaurant, and showroom and office space. The Montana Dept. of Administration is planning to build the Southwest Montana Veteran’s Home in Butte. Camarda Development is planning to build Union Place, a mixed-use project with a Main Street theme on a 300- acre site in Mahopac. Redstone Commercial Group is planning to develop two dormitories at the University of Vermont. The six-story building and the sevenstory building will contain a total of 669 beds and include an enclosed walkway and a green vegetated roof. The Maryland Dept. of Transportation is seeking bidders to carry out phase two of the Maryland state Route 5-Brandywine Road Interchange improvement project.
