The project entails constructing a 331-ft-long tunnel to connect the existing Euclid Creek Tunnel shaft to the tunnel dewatering pump station as well as excavating two 45-ft-dia shafts through soil and rock. It also entails building the 140-ft-long, 56-ft-wide and 68-ft-high cavern pump station that will house seven dewatering pumps, two emergency sump pumps with their associated valves and piping, and a pump building at grade. Pennsylvania Iron Hill Construction Management has started construction on a transit-oriented apartment complex at 330 Jacksonville Rd. in Warminster. Adjacent to the Warminster SEPTA station, the complex is sited on the old Drager Medical property. The project entails 19 two-story buildings, totaling 483,870 sq ft and containing 233 apartments. Oregon 2/7 Marion County is seeking design-build proposals to carry out the remediation of the Courthouse Square Complex in Salem.
