new york The State University of New York at Stony Brook is planning to build the Medical and Research Translation (MART) Building. The project entails building an eight-story, 250,000-sq-ft building to house 25 cancer biology-oriented labs, a 30-room cancer clinic, a 30-station clinical infusion center, a 300-seat auditorium, and classrooms. florida The Mosaic Co. has selected PCL Construction Services Inc. as the general contractor for the Streamsong Resort, in Polk County. The project entails building two six-story buildings, totaling 245,000-sq-ft, which will contain 160 guest rooms, a 15,000-sq-ft spa, a 4,000-sq-ft ballroom, and a 20,000-sq-ft conference center, and three restaurants.
