Brig. Gen. Delwyn R. Eulberg has been named to the top engineering and construction post at the U.S. Air Force, the Dept. of Defense says. In a March 17 announcement, the Pentagon said that Eulberg, currently the Air Mobility Command's installations and mission support director, has been chosen to be The Civil Engineer at the Air Force.
Eulberg , who also has been selected to be promoted to major general, would succeed Maj. Gen. L. Dean Fox, who has been The Civil Engineer since May 2003. Fox is to retire effective Aug. 1.
