3.75-Kilometer Terminal In Beijing Is Nearly Open

irline operators are moving into Beijing airport’s1.3-million-sq-meter terminal starting on Feb. 29. Some 40,000 local workers built the terminal in less than four years. Stretching 3.25 kilometers, the $375-million terminal, designed by architect Foster and Partners, is built to process 50 million passengers.
