The overall project includes a 175,155-sq-ft, four-story office building, an annex that will serve as a vehicle maintenance center, a parking garage and a series of connecting corridors and common areas called the Plinth. The Denver FBI branch will consolidate three local offices at the new campus. The project team will seek LEED certification.

This project consists of a 218,000-sq-ft building that will serve as a national showcase to demonstrate how high-performance buildings can be aesthetically compelling and acquired at a competitive first-cost and lifecycle cost. The RSF will be designed to meet LEED-Platinum and will also be the first zero-energy building of its kind.
