A 45,000-sq-ft three-story office building built by Morgan/Harbour Construction for American Technical Publishers, Inc. (ATP), in Orland Park, Ill., has earned LEED Gold Certification. The new ATP headquarters building was designed and constructed using the design-build delivery system.
Morgan/Harbour worked with LEED accredited professional Helen Kessler in constructing the building. Archideas provided the architectural services.
