Oregon The Eugene Water and Electric Board has selected Wildish Building to provide construction management/general contracting services for the Carmen-Smith hydroelectric project in McKenzie Bridge. Pennsylvania 6/20 The City of Lock Haven is seeking both a general contractor and an electrical contractor to perform an upgrade to its sewage treatment plant. The general contractor will be awarded contract No. 2—valued at between $19.5 million and $21.5 million—to construct a biological treatment facility building incorporating a four-train sequencing batch reactor system and four aerobic digesters; an upper-level area will contain offices, meeting room, locker rooms, rest rooms and storage areas.
