OHIO The Pro Football Hall of Fame , located in Canton, is planning an extensive renovation project. The project includes a newly designed entrance and orientation area, expansion of the retail store, an indoor event space addition, and upgrades to the mechanical and HVAC systems. The architect for the project will be Westlake Reed Leskosky. Welty Building Co., a construction management firm, will partner with Fred Oliveri Construction to complete the renovations. Construction is expected to begin in September, 2011. The estimated construction cost is $15.5 million. ALASKA The University of Alaska, Fairbanks has selected Design Alaska to provide architectural and engineering services for Phase 1 of the Atkinson Power Plant Renewal Project .
