CALIFORNIA The City of Tulare has selected Quad Knopf to provide construction management and inspection services for the upgrade and expansion of the Tulare domestic wastewater treatment plant. The project includes a new headworks, new primary and secondary aeration basins, new blower and electrical buildings, gravity-belt sludge thickener and anaerobic sludge digester as well as related support utilities.
